PEF school will be hosted in 2019 by the University of Bologna (Campus of Food Science in Cesena), Italy, and will be an opportunity to learn about the latest developments in PEF applications for food and biotechnology from the people that practice it every day.
Over the course of your stay you will partake in lectures about fundamentals of PEF technology and its applications. Practical courses will complete the PEF school programme.
All you, students, academics, and industrial researchers, interested in this innovative technology and its applications are welcome to participate at the 6th PEF School 2019 in Cesena, Italy.
