Abstract Submission — Invitation, Instructions and General Information
Join us for the 6th PEF School (School on Pulsed Electric Field Applications in Food and Biotechnology), which will be held in Cesena, Italy, 3-7 June 2019. We kindly invite you to submit your abstract.
Following the success of the first 5 Schools, the 6th PEF School will continue to bring together undergraduate students, PhD students, academic and industrial researchers to offer them an overview of the current knowledge and understanding of the basic principles involved in food processing and preservation by pulsed electric fields.
General Abstract Format Information
These details will be asked of you once you start the submission process. Please review this list and make sure you have all the required answers before starting the submission process.
General required information and format restrictions
Abstract Title — 150 characters upper limit.
Authors and Affiliations:
- Identify all authors with full affiliation (institution, address and country), name, last name, email are required fields;
- Identification of the Presenting author (will receive an invitation email to upload presentation/poster a few weeks before the Symposium);
- Identification of the Corresponding author (will receive all correspondence concerning the submission).
Body of abstract — 2800 characters including spaces or 400 words, whichever is higher.
Keywords — this call for papers does not accept keywords with submissions.
Classification — Please choose the appropriate topic (closest to your field of research your work belongs to) in order to aid the review process.Show me the list of topics

International abstract submitters who plan to attend the 6th School on Pulsed Electric Field Applications in Food and Biotechnology may need to apply for a VISA to travel to the meeting in Cesena, Italy (EU).
